Craft sale at GDHS Sa By Bryn Davies This is a very busy week at Georgetown District High School. On Monday, as a follow-up ncipal’s Corner to our all candidates’ assem- blies, GDHS students cast their ballots for the candidate of their choice. At the time of writing, the turnout and the Tesults were not available. It will be interesting to see if the Students’ choice reflects that of the wider community. A long-standing tradition at GDHS is to recognize stu- dents who have made a spe- cial contribution to the school or who have distinguished themselves academically. This week, 47 grade 10 stu- dents, 56 grade 11s, 37 grad 12s and 27 OAC students will be entered on our 1992-93 Honor Roll for having earned 80 per cent or better in their courses last year. An additional 43 OAC stu- dents from last who are now in University will be recog- nized as Ontario Scholars at b Soroko.
