Environmental Assessment for Additional Water Supply for the Georgetown Urban ‘Area, the Region of Halton is forming a Public Liaison Committee. This Public Liaison Committee will provide an opportunity for public participation and infor- mation exchange with the Technical Agencies Committee on this proposed project. In order to achieve representation from across the community, membership of the Public Liaison Committee will be selected by the Regional staff and should include representatives from community and environmental groups, business persons and citizens-at-large. The Public Liaison Committee will meet at least six times in the evenings over the course of the project.
