And there, as glossy as ever, was a picture of my Dad and my Uncle Joe, with their shiny racer car. ‘They were nineteen or twenty and the racer looked like a Model A Ford chassis with modified body. You can bet I was proud little guy when he would crank up that car and we would drive into town. I recall that he also had another Model T that had been modified into a pickup truck.
