SCHULTZ, Elyse Ann (nee Bloemink) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Elyse on Monday, March 5th, 2007 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident while acting as a good Samaritan. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband Michael and her children David and Jennifer. She is predeceased by her brother Michael and is survived by her brother David and sisters Linda and Arlene. Elyse was born in the Dutch West Indies (Curacao) and grew up in the Scarborough area. She graduated from Trent University (Psychology) and then worked for over 25 years with the Bank of Montreal where she served in a variety of financial positions. Elyse was a lover of nature and loved to hike and bike in and around the north Halton Hills area. She also held a deep fascination for art, music, and literature and the world around her. Elyse was an individual who always put others first and was there for others through good times and bad. Thank you to the staff of the Critical Care Unit and everyone who assisted during this difficult time. The family received friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton, 1-877-421-9860-toll free, on Thursday, March 8th, 2007 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A service in Elyse's memory will be held on Friday, March 9th, 2007 at two o'clock at Trinity United Church, 70 Mill Street East, Acton, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bruce Trail Association would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home or at http://www.brucetrail.org/
