RUSSELL, Shirley Elizabeth Peacefully, after a 4 year battle with cancer, on Wednesday April 4th, 2007 at her home in Georgetown. Shirley, in her 79th year, will be greatly missed by her beloved husband James. Dear mother to Leslie Ann and her husband Brian LaFontaine. Shirley will be fondly remembered by Marlene and Dick Richards and their family. The family like to thank Dr. Craig Carson, V.O.N. Volunteers Sandra McIntyre, and Betty Lou Kristy and visiting Nurse Linda Wheeler and all of the Red Cross Personal Support Workers, especially Jane Leach for all of their excellent care and support. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, 60 Guelph Street, Georgetown on Saturday April 7th, 2006 at 2:00 pm.
