recent issue of the brantford ex positor mr barberree is a cousin of mr j w barberree of acton the unexpected death of rev john p barberree has brought to those privil eged to know him a sense of great loss the story of hs life is one of courageous effort and conscientious devotion to duty born in nassagaweya township he lost both father and mother in his early years and took upon himself much of the responsibility or caring for the younger members of the family and securing for them a start in life when staying in the west in i910 he felt a great urge to satisfy a dream of nls youth and becoming convinced of a call of god to the ministry he enrolled in albert college belleville to commence his preparation for his life work yeeav- ing albert college he spent tvfjrot his probationary
