stirred the audience in the parade past the stand and drew great ovation an outstanding feature was the drill presented by the burlington firemens- drill team under the command of drill instructor tom waumsley thw group in their snappy block uniforms with plenty of white braid trimming and white helmets executed a splendid lot of intricate formations many time during the drill they were roundly ap plauded und when the final salute was given and the group marched off it ap peared that the audience would be satis fied with nothing but on encore mualc for che drill was ably supplied by the burlington citizens band oskvllle citizens band under the direction of mr prank locks ley gave two splendid selections the tenth regiment march and the selection maid of orleans the bugle bond paraded before the tnd and the pipe band with quick and slow inarches was also featured again before the stand the oftll boys band under the direc tion of rlcharrd ellis gave a couple of wellrendered numbers that pleased everyone with prof thtele at the mkrcrphone and his experienced hand directing everything ue program went like clock work the march past of the bands was a colorful and stirring event
