pool is built we think the pbjective should be higher and the minimum of 25000 will be required to get a good start on the work it may take more to finally complete the job these are problems that in these days of rising costs no one can definitely answer the point 10 remember now is that 25000 is a minimum objective for the task in hand there has been full discussion on the pro ject the answer to
