write the insur ance company requesting an ex planation of their attitude on these claims mr a hufnagel protested the sewer charge he had been billed he was billed on the average but had no water service in his build ings the flat charge made was the same as other property owners who had no water service since this was in accordance with the bylaw approved by the municipal board no exceptions could be made in the charges which had been set up as a minimum and affected about six properties in town a hospital account for an allefced indigent was discussed and the clerk was given instructions a letter from the town of godc- rleh asked council to endorse a resolution urging that the act be changed so that business assess ment would not be included in the county assessment and assessment
