june 7 the walls of the dining room of the manor resounded with the stirring strains of barn dance music when four young girls and four young boys of the bell public school came to entertain the residents with a number of square dances the young dancers none of whom was over the age of seven years looked very attractive in their typical square dance costumes the girls wore bright red dresses trimmed with white while the boys wore red plsmsliirts7tirtghtre and blue jeans the dancers had been trained by messrs ron harris and jack rey nolds the dancing was accompan ied by mrs george newell mrs newell who gave a very lovely poem on home written by edgar guest mrs crawford accompanied aj the piano this was followed by humorous number the mustard plaster the birthday song was sung for two members of the soc iety the meeting was dosed with prayer by the president a social half hour followed which all enjoyed k high school students are busy writing their examinations this week u te -t7-
