district to see this unique four girt softball team the gals will be a long way from home they reside in a city in california called rol ling hills each summer they go on tour challenging all and sundry last year they toured 18000 miles across canada and the united states breaking box office records in 14 cities over 2500 people packed the park in kingston onl for a game there last year queen of this amazing quar tet is lithe 14yearold rosie beaird her pitching wizardry against teams of almost every description is phenomenal ros ie has been called a female feigner a comparison with ed die feigner the well known pit cher and king of the king and his court the veteran mens four man softball squad the maids range in age from 10 to 14 including a catcher with the name of lotta chatter obviously a stage handle for a pepper pot behind the plate shes the team comic how you ask could girls this age attain such skills apparently much of the credit must go to coach royal beaird who also
