curlers are insinuating i have no control over the can- icenttti monday and tuesday nights said mr goodwin i feel the recreation committee should tell them im in control except when they have a ban quet license im perfectly willing to co operate with them but i dont like the attitude of some curlers telling me ivcgorto do this or that its the attitude i resent entirely different from the agreement i made with the committee queried by chairman len lov- ell mr goodwin slated he lett all his stock in the bootlrcxcepl cigarettes and cash which he- took out each night he loll the committee equip ment committee member helen ot- terbein also a curler outlined tlie curling clubs position on access to the booth by saving she understood the arrangement between mr goodwin and the committee a good thing to look into- the committee heard next from phil elliott representing the acton figure skating club concerning an educational grant available to the figure skaters which must come through audi torium said the st john corps officer committee members listened sympathetically to the proposal but rejected any plan to parcel oil parts of the upstairs audi torium mr townsley spoke of
