creek dur ing the past three years the owrc prepared a compre hensive report which showed the final effluent from actons disposal plant must be improv ed it was also pointed out the present disposal plant which was built in 1950 for a popula tion of 3000 people has a ca pacity of 300000 us gallons per day in the engineers re- port it was noted during the last year the average overload was 30 per cent so the plant had been processing approxi mately 400000 us gallons daily during a meeting january 17 since the january 17 com mittee meeting mr henry sub- milteda- supplement to iris or iginal report which outlined costs for an exlension to the plartt to serve an additional 4500 people the engineer not ed that if finances permitted ihe extension lo serve an addi tional 4500 people would be
