clark johnson was el ected chairman for a second term and e buckerfield was elected vice chairman the board approved its budget for 1967 which included provision for a number of new services boards planning new librar ies or renovations to- existing libraries will have available to them the services of an archi tect specializing in library con struction this service is not intended to replace architects hired by boards to draw up plans and supervise the work but -to- provide free of charge the advice of a specialist in the library field the south central library regional board has allotted
