magistrate haltons newest magistrate col robert james graham dso cd of oakville is a man with a distinguished mili tary career behind him col graham in an impres sive ceremony at the halton county court house in milton wednesday afternoon of last wvok wus sworn in by his honor judge alan b spraguc us a deputy magistrate for both halton and peel counties ontarios chief magistrate klein who assisted in the cere mony welcomed him to the bench and promised we will have lots of work for magis trate graham to do the new magistrate will work in the three regular courts in halton plus three in peyl and one in orangeville which is served from this area his office requires great dili gence and continued study of the laws the chief magistrate said i am sure he will dis charge his duties with
