mary ellen motile was the last of the fam ily of ten children of the late abraham and mary stark she lived on the family farms until she married jonathan neilson of peru in june 1938 besides being an ardent home- maker she loved to read but was unable to continue with either of these after taking a stroke in december 1960 she spent over five months in hospital and then came back to her home in peru for four months she moved to campbeuvlue to live with her stepdaughter mrs wilfred greenlees charlotte where she made her home for fifteen mon ths she moved to halton cen tennial manor where she was quite contented her husband predeased her in november 1961 mrs neilson was a member of boston presbyterian church where she was organist for 25 years she was a willing worker in the womens missionary soc iety and the ladles aid of boston church and also in the womens institute mrs neilson is survived by two stepdaughters mrs a w benton isabella of limehouse and mrs wilfrid greenlees charlotte of campbellvllle one nelce mrs maynard patterson isabel of esquesing township and three nephews neilson stark and meldrum stark of esquesing township and frank stark of milton also survive
