november 1 1967 second section students hike 27 miles for unicef unicef funds will be over 150 richer as a result of satur days marathon walk by tudents and one teacher from the robert little public school starting our from orangevlllo at 8am 30 of the 31 who started out finished the 37 mile hike through snow rain and cold first to arrive at the robert little school portals the desig nated finishing point was dimin utive john van dam time 3 pm seven hours after he started right onhls heels werecharles mcginn and robert speaker who accompanied john on the hike charlie only on the last
