has existed be tween fergus and elora and it flared up once more this time it was a protest by students at the elora branch of the centre wellington district high school they were obyactlng to the pro posed transfer of nearly 100 grade 13 and business and commerce students to the fergus school altar their demonstration the parents held a meeting on sunday night in the carnegie hall and picked a delegation to attend the regular school board meeting in fergus to tight against the loss of the grade 13 classes the protest started on friday morning with a brief sltdown in the school foyer at noon fergus school and elora residents knew then that some students woud be coming lo fergus but the boards decision to put all grade 13 students a s well in the fergus school came as a surprise and sparked last weeks events another dam site close by milton the 557000 hilton falls dam and reservoir second of three major dams being built by hiiltoa region conser vation area within a fivemile radjus of milton should soon be underway clearing operations at the site began last weak and the authority is awaiting only the final approval from the department of energy and resources management in
