t isoc releases final report smooth way to county board a 75 page summary of detailed studies carried out by committees of the interim committee on school organization was finalized by the committee on monday evening and released the committee was established under legislation that called for the formation of a county board o education effective in january representatives of each school board or board of education were appointed to the isoc for preparation of information early this year to make the transition from local boards to the county board as smooth as possible the ffcaxnrt proposes appointment of a director of education and assistant with superintendents of program of instruction of special education and services and of business and finance extensive sections in the report deal
