regular chan nels for public borrowing becomtna closed the agricultural development board has deemed it advisable to dis continue making farm loans events following proved dearly that this official statement by a minster of the crown was a deliberate decep tion these events were as follow lthe regular channels for public borrowing were not closed for wiui- in three weeks the government bor rowed t3odooom instead of tls000- 000 originally asked for 3 tlie loans then being made were not financed out of money obtained form the tegular channels for public borrowing but were financed out of uie
