colleges were this week appointed to mission fields of canada some students were placed in every province of canada three students were stationed in newfoundland two of these will engage in missionary work in lumber camps the largest number of students went to northern saskatchewan one student was given mission work the caribou the mining areas northern ontario also received number of students the young men will serve on the mission fields for twenty weeks for at least a quarter of them it will be the first experience in missionary work the students have been placed in areas where there is no regular mini ster these students will serve in the neighborhood of 800 preaching sta tions inany of which would have no represe of the church minis tering to them if it were not for the service
