issued to the younger progressive conservatives within the organization and that the chairman of each ward organization would be authorized to appoint from this group two vice chairmen consisting of a young woman plans were also laid for the development of a county group off junior progressive conservatives a strong finance committee was appointed consisting of the vicepresi dent from each
