earnest desire to serve all the rate payers of the municipality efficiently and fairly during the coming year and to lend my support and efforts to all measures that will truly benefit this municipality as a whole and also endeavor to see that our mumci pality is run as economically and efficiently as possible now that the election is over i trust that all the citizens will now unite
