expresses so well how the dutch people feel about the al lied armies now fighting in their country somewhere holland feb 3rd 1mb dear madam i cannot miss to write you some words as your albert is ust starting to write and now i use the opportuni ty to write a letter to yon in the first place madam we and our other dutchmen ought to thank the allied arm aa the soldier gtwj their uvea for our freedom and also your albert belongs to them we cannot thank you enough can adian people for the things they have done for us and will do for is al bert is such a fellow one of the men who exactly knows what they have to do for the dutch people and we thank you for the second time we had many canadians and we try as good as we can to amuse them and to give them a good home we hope that your
