of the evening gordon spence called upon h m ferguson to introduce the twea ker of the evening brigadier f o wallace brigadier wallace himself a veteran of the two great ware spoke briefly and pointedly to the assembled veterans sketching the anxiety of psychiatrists and psychologists as to the grave problems of rehabilitation end readjustment tha returned men would have to face the speaker
