county health unit assuroed the responsibility for safeguarding the public health of this county formation of trie unit was made possible by the ptovincial department of health which offered to pay half the cost of such units and halton was one of die first counties to take advantage of theplan the first year of any new venture is usually one at planning and building for the future in addition
