was con voyed to meeting of council and school rcprcsccntativcs of the five municipalities involved in the dls- trlct by g l dutfln executive ass- fllistant of the department at a mcot- tag in bsqucsing community hall lost thursuoy the meeting had been called at the suggestion of the department by the present north halton high school board mr duffln said that the department favoured locating a central school in or adjacent to the largest centre of population in an area although if there was a substantial major ity on the board favouring another location the department should be willing to approve it arthur beaumont of glen wil liams who is chairman of the north halton high school district board opened the meeting and ask ed fqr the election of a chairman for the meeting dr
