headed by mayor jack armstrong georgetown as chairman and acton town clerk jack mcgcechle as se cretary while ge mem bers are the mayor reeve stan alien and deputy allan norton any council member may serve the town as a voting member of the board if one of these cannot attend a meeting acton is to pay the en gineer a salary and expenses and bill the other two munlcl pall ties for their shsre until
