debenture issue which would pay for renovations to george town s memorial arena savard hart which last week exercised its option to purchase a 92500 issue of 6 bonds said it would also give a 00 day option on purchase of the arena deben tures at the same price of 94 plus accrued interest the arena program approved by voters in the december 1956 elections has been delayed be cause of financing and has not received municipal board consid eration until the town could prove it h ada purchaser on monday council decided to notify the board of the bond firm proposal and seek approval for the council
