leadership and federal aid calling for courageous leader ship to end the impasse in edu cation a delegation from the can adian conference on education lanfest conference of its kind ever held in canada placed a far- reaching elevenpoint program of federal aid before prime minister diefenbaker and hiscabinet we believe the federal govern ment can initiate moves that will meet with a generous measure of provincial acceptance and sup port according to the brief sub mitted by a 15membcr committee of groups who sponsored the edu cation conference noting the federal government already extends
