queen after a delicious turkey dinner served by the ladies of the w a a number of toasts were proposed including a toast to our fallen omrades b rev kenneth rich rdson which was responded to the group present standing in silent remembrance of their fal len comrades the next toast was that to tht canadian legion by maor ojhn armstrong who lauded the group for their work in the communit as well as their service to their country in wartime he spoke of the many way they had bettered community life in georgetown and said that he did not fear for the future of georgetown as long as the had the
