was decided to have a presentation evening on thursday june 25th for the 12 grade pupils who in absentia during the course of 19681950 were educated elsewhere the committee report was presented by mrs g l royal and the other members of the committee were mrs norman fendley and mrs ormie carter the report was accepted on motion of the rev j e maxwell and mrs bradbury wright it was mr fcndiev s final even ing in the chair and after fitting words of thanks and gratitude for the cooperatoin he had received he called for the election of of ficers for the 195940 term mr fendley vacated the chair and
