her with gifts at ihe home of mrs gordon swanston and the ashgrove community had a large gathering in the church hall where a program was provided and a shower of miscellaneous gifts given friends of the groom pres ented him with a purse gathering in the union hall in guelph mrs austin entertained at trousseau tea for her daughter the weekend previous to the wedding i anniversary greetings to mr and mrs william bailey who will celebrate their wedding anniversary on august 6th birthday greetings to dale patterson who will be two august 4 and to little margar et gillies who will be two august 9th mr and mrs leslie rutledge and family spent the weekend at blyth visiting at the home of mr and mrs irvine wallace- while there they attended a family reunion of the wallace clan and also a school reunion mr and mrs david leslie and family are spending a few days of their vacation at cam el lake mr and mrs edward robert son and family and mr and mrs roy ellis and family arc enjoying a holiday at red bay mrs leonard buckler and son roy spent a few days with and mrs clyde brooker and family al wasaga beach mr and mrs francis mccar- ron and family of acton visit ed on saturday evening with mr
