planned for kelso park a year and a half of planning wil climax in august 1968 when whole new community of over 3000 boy scohts and their leaders is set p at the kelso conservation area the weeklong event will be the first ontario boy scout jamboree and the community will be complete with hospital transportation food fire police and water services ontario has been the scene of canadian and world
