The driver fled, leading Peel Police into Halton Region as the youth drove through Georgetown and into Glen Williams. HRPS cruisers joined in the pursuit. Once the chase left Glen Williams, Halton and Peel Police were joined by the OPP before the chase came to a climax in Belfountain, where the youth bailed from the car and fled on foot.
