The Acton Tanner's star columnist Esther Taylor is again the most popular lady on the banks of Fairy Lake this summer, with her daily donations of corn and bread. We recently caught Esther at the park, feeding a hungry group of goslings, swans and ducks. She reports that the goose and duck population is down quite a bit this year. (Photo by Paul Nolan.) Dinner will be held at 7 pm at the Victoria Park (east) Golf course in Guelph. Golf and dinner combined will cost $50, golf only will cost $30 and dinner only will be $20, there will be prizes for all golfers plus trophies.
