The Prototapas, owners for nine years of Manny's Road House on Mill Street, purchased the building from |the bank under a Power of Sale deal. Manny Prototapas said that they intend to keep the Road House open as a restau- rant and open the new facil- ity as a club featuring live entertainment and a limited menu of bar food.
