Acting on a tip, uniform of- ficers from Milton found the plants, ranging between 1.5 and 5-feet tall, growing among other crops at the Fourth Line West, Milton farm. The crop was cut and along with some drug para- phernalia, was seized as evi- dence. Charged with produc- ing marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking are Robert Gordon Popp, 30, and Lee-Anne Hayes, 45, both of Fourth Line West Milton.
