Loving wife of Don, dear and cherished Mum of Jack (Beth) of London, and Frances (Tom) Niblock of Acton. Proud and devoted Gram of Julia and Eric Niblock. Born March 27, 1914, Babe svas the daughter of the late Jack and Cecelia McDonald of Edmonton, Alberta. A Registered Nurse, Babe joined the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corp, and in 1942 was posted overseas with the Canadian General Hospital. As a Lieutenant Nursing Sister, she served in England, Italy and on the Continent. In 1945, Babe met Major Don Learment, and they were married in Ghent, Belgium, returning to Canada, and eventually, tore- tirement in Guelph. Babe is survived by numer- ous brothers and sisters and their families in Western Canada. In lieu of flowers, Babe asked that donations be made to.
