Fred was the beloved hus- band of Patricia Given, the loved father of Kent (Joanne) and Joseph (Patrice) and the proud grandfather of Michael, Wesley and Justin, Jacob and Andrew. He is survived by his sister Shirley McKeown, his father and mother-in-law, Tom and Lille Given as well as many nieces and nephews.Fred lived a full and exuberant life and loved every day of it from his early years as a hockey star, to his well renowned career as a masonry contractor, to his hobby and passion for the Poultry Fancy. He made friends wherever he went and he will be sadly missed.
