June 25-27 at the Don Beer arena in West Durham. The Bulldogs never lost a game cruising to victory over Uxbridge, West Durham, Brampton, the Beaches and Whitby in the eight team competition. The team played a three game round robin with the first and second place teams in each division advancing to the semi-finals. Halton Hills vanquished the Beaches 8-4 in the semi-final and ran roughshod over Whitby 9-2 in the championship game. They opened the tournament with an 8-4 win over Uxbridge, banished West Durham 7-4 and vanquished Brampton 8-3 to make the semi-finals. Jesse Modzelewski with three goals led the Bulldogs to the win over Uxbridge while Braden Artem potted a pair and assisted on two. Sean Nellis, Greg Henry and Cam Nobel scored singles while Matt Laidlaw collected three assists, Brett Maltby two and Nick Grasby, Brad Ethier and Greg Henry one apiece in the 8-4 win. Assists went to Gordon, Hill (2), Laidlaw and Maltby. Grasby also led the Bull- dog assault in the 8-3 win over Brampton with a hat trick and an assist while Artem notched a pair and an assist. Laidlaw, Nellis and Hill notched singles, with Ethier, Gordon and Nellis contributing assists. In the semi-final against the Beaches, Artem was the top marksman with a three goal, two assist performance. Henry potted two and Maltby, Ethier and Nellis notched singles. Nellis and Gordon got two assists, Grasby and Ethier one apiece. Halton Hills crushed Whitby 9-2 in the champion- ship game led by two goal performances from Henry and Artem. Grasby, Hill, Maltby, Wenham, Modzelewski and Henry scored singles. Artem and Ethier and Nellis contrib- uted two assists each with Henry, Grasby and Laidlaw assisting on one.
