HARASSMENT CHARGE A 15-year-old Erin Town- ship girl was arrested and faces a charge of Criminal harass- ment following an incident in Fergus on Saturday, November 6 at 8:09pm. Wellington OPP said an of- ficer responded to a report of a "threatening" on St. Andrews Street in Fergus where a 16- year-old female said the Erin township girl had threatened her several times over the pre- vious two weeks. The accused will appear in Guelph Youth Court on December 8. DRUNK DRIVER A 63-year-old Eramosa town- ship man was arrested and faces impaired driving charges fol- lowing an investigation by an officer from Wellington OPP. Police said the officer "inves- tigated" the driver of a 2004 Dodge Dakota on County Road 124 in Eramosa and found the driver had been drinking. He is to appear in Guelph Court on November 29, Wellington OPP. SPEEDER OF THE WEEK A 23-year-old Waterloo woman whose Toyota Corolla was clocked doing 136-km/h in a posted 80km/h zone has been awarded Wellington OPP's Speeder of the Week label. Police said Constable Peter Fowler of the Mt. Forest de- tachment conducting speed enforcement on Wellington Road 7 in Peel Township ob- served the Toyota travelling at a high rate of speed, activated his radar and recorded 136-km/ h speed. The woman is to ap- pear in Guelph P.O.A Court on December 15.
