Spreading good cheer at luncheon There is no need for anyone in Acton to eat alone this Christmas Day because a mountain of donated food will be cooked and served by volunteer "elves" who will take some holiday joy from making sure no one is hungry, or lonely, on Saturday. For the second year in a row, a small group of locals will host the free Christ- mas luncheon. This year, it will be served at the Christian Reformed Church at 2 p.m. The idea for the luncheon came from Acton's Ann Adema who said she was looking for something for meaningful to the holiday than just "eating a lot of food and opening presents."
