Walker was ordered to have no contact with his ex-girlfriend, report weekly to Guelph OPP, not possess a computer or access the Internet and stay away from parks, schools, playgrounds or other places where children under 14 can be expected to be present. Walker will next appear in court Feb. 13. Hamilton told Justice of the Peace Mike Cuthbertson the investigation is ongoing and there will be "a large amount of disclosure" to be turned over to the defence. After being released from custody, Walker left the courthouse without signing his bail order. Guelph Crown attorney Jocelyn Speyer said in an interview the man's failure to sign the document will not result in any further charges unless he breaches one of the terms.
