Aside from the hilarious antics of adults vying for spelling supremacy in the adult spelling bee, there will be a live auction of a drive in a Ferrari Enzo. This year, the Bee, slated for Thursday May 4 at Halton Hills Banquet Hall, Milton, is proving to be an even bigger success than any other year. A total of 22 teams from North Halton have thrown their hats into the ring and are now practising furiously to win the coveted Bee trophy. Teams from Georgetown and Acton including Town of Halton Hills, Christ the King High School and the Georgetown Rotary Club have already signed on. While teams of three dressed as their favourite literary characters stand spellbound on the stage, the audience is invited to bid on some amazing silent auction prizes. The Ferrari Enzo is by far the most exotic car Ferrari has produced. The winner of this prize will be one of only a handful of people in the world to be a passenger in an Enzo. There are fewer than 400 Enzos in the world. At the wheel of this Enzo will be a professional Ferrari driver and racer-- someone with experience to ensure riders get the ride of a lifetime. For Ferrari lovers, this is an opportunity not be missed.
