Hot wheels Halton Hills Fire Protection and Prevention Services have a new promotional device for parades and school events, thanks to the generous donation of time and efforts from numerous businesses and individuals. The cart, which is built to resemble a fire truck, complete with flashing lights, was donated by Granite Ridge Golf Course, and the fabrication was done by Floyd's Auto Body, with the signage and graphics created by Sign Works. On hand to take part in the unveiling at Granite Ridge Golf Course were (from left) Carla Hassell of Sign Works, Granite Ridge partner Ted Diamanti and Floyd Nelson of Floyd's Auto Body. The cart is on display in Georgetown Market Place and kids are encouraged to take part in the naming competition by filling out a ballot. The winning entry wins a new bicycle. Photo by Ted Brown
