Legion has good turnout for Warrior Day parade JUDY OERLEMANS Georgetown Legion news On the Warriors Day Weekend Georgetown hosted Bramela, Brampton, Streetsville and Milton and the Halton Police Band, that was excellent. Our service with Rev. Barrows was, of course, the best. We would like to thank everyone for coming out and cheering our sister legion, Post 40 of Plymouth, Massachusetts. They were an honour to have for the weekend. We would like to thank Dick and Marg Appleyard for hosting the barbecue. We had a Dinner and Dance on the Saturday night. Thank you to our Ladies of Branch 120 for the great job they did and our bartender Marion McGugan We would like to thank Branch 197 for the entertainmemt on Saturday and hosting the horseshoe games. Of course, Georgetown did not win any games but had a great time. Thank you again. Do not forget Hungry Man's Breakfast tomorrow. Everyone is welcome.
