A Ryder Cup of their own Seven teams from southern Ontario and western New York competed in the Niagara Senior Ryder Cup Championship team event held recently at the North Halton Golf & Country Club. CJGA at Eagle Ridge Andrew Albrecht of Georgeown shot rounds of 75-77 to place fifth at the Canadian Junior Golf Association Fall Series event held at the nearby Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Albrecht finished up at 12-over-par in the boys' 17-19 age group, 10 shots back of winner Alex Carrigan of Guelph. North Halton's Ryan Thomson placed 11th in the boys' 14-16 age category after shooting 76-81.
