ENTERTAINMENT Artist selected for show Local artist Beth Cameron, has been creating greeting cards for friends and family for many years. In 2005, Cameron decided to combine her skills as an artist and graphic designer to create her own line of unique greeting cards. Cameron recently entered her designs to win a booth at the annual Signatures Christmas Show at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and was awarded the booth space. The show runs Nov. 18 to Nov. 26, at The Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Cameron's greeting cards, some of which she hand embellishes, will be on display and for sale throughout the show. BETH CAMERON GLT begins comedy's run; Globe holds auditions for winter musical Georgetown Little Theatre Productions (GLT) kicked off its 46th theatre season Thursday night with Some Assembly Required. Written by Canadian Eugene Stickland, the comedy will be presented at the John Elliott Theatre, November 9-11 and 15-18. The cast includes veteran GLT actors Paul d'Entremont, Sheri Buker and Roscoe Peterson with newcomers, Barbara Stasiw and Eric Langen.
