Georgetown Children's Chorus welcomes spring with That's Entertainment concerts, March 29-31 SHARON ENGLISH Georgetown Children's Chorus The Georgetown Children's Chorus is pleased to announce for its 15th season, they will be performing their annual spring concert, That's Entertainment, with four concerts at the John Elliott Theatre on Thursday, March 29, Friday, March 30 and two shows on Saturday, March 31. Some of the songs you will be entertained with are the theme song from the movie Titanic, Rockin' Robin, High School Musical, New York New York and a medley of songs from old television shows. Directed by A. Dale Wood, The Georgetown Children's Chorus prides itself in singing choral arrangements of popular music as well as some more traditional pieces. The children have learned a variety of music and the more experienced singers who comprise the Performance Choir perform very complex harmonies. Not only are they developing their vocal skills and experiencing performing on stage, but each member is also building a foundation for a lifelong love of music. We are pleased to invite you to come out and attend our That's Entertainment concerts and listen to our wonderful young voices aged 5 to 19.
